Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment via CTT Portuguese postal service. Shipping can be done in normal airmail or with tracking and drop-off without signature. In shipments with tracking we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

If the Customer prefers a more economical shipment form, normal airmail is available. Customer is responsable for choosing the normal airmail shipment type as we can´t assure delivery. This form of delivery is available in some countries up to 1kg packages and only in some forms of payment.

Buyer pays for shipping costs. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. When your package will be dispatched special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns, Refunds & exchange

Our sale policy has a 30 days period. A sale is considered final after 30 days of the item(s) purchased being received by costumer.
If 30 days have gone by since the date you received your purchase, unfortunately you can’t apply for return, refund or exchange .
No extra value will be charged when you apply for a return, refund or exchange but you have to do it during the 30 days period mentioned. To be eligible for a return and refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.The customer will be responsible for the return shipping value.

You can be granted a full or partial refund. This will be done in the form of credit slip available in your account or via the payment method used for the original transaction if this is your will that you should express. In this case, credit will automatically be applied by your original payment method, within 5 days.

Total refund: (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Partial refund: (if applicable) There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted like the following:

Book with obvious signs of use. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that were sold as sealed and no longer have the original plastic cover.

Any item not in its original sold condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Significant miss grade condition description on used item. For used goods (not mint, near mint or sealed) when the customer disagree with the described sold grade should contact us and apply for a miss grade condition description. After your contact during the sale period you can be granted a partial refund instead of a return or exchange.

If the product has some sort of damage caused during shipping you can apply for a full or partial refund. You should ask for a refund and send us proof (images and videos) of the damage in packaging and product so we can proceed with a complaint in the postal service.


Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and copies are available in stock. Depending on you address location the wait time for an exchange varies. For Europe you can wait 15 days and 30 days for the rest of the world. If the exchange is not possible due to out stock a full refund will be provided. You should always return the item.


Shipping return: To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will provide you. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over 20Eur, you should consider using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
